SVHN for Home inspectors

Pre-listing inspections booked before the rush.

Sellers who prepare early book pre-listing inspections; buyers in contract need one by a date. SVHN sends both with the property details and deadline. One flat fee when you accept, never tied to whether a sale happens.

  • One flat $25 fee only when you accept
  • One home inspector at a time, never a shared lead
