How SVHN fees work
No monthly fee. No contract. Your profile, reviews and network are free. You only pay a lead fee on Job Cards you choose to accept, and you see the price before you accept.
- 1
First 2 jobs free
Founding Pros pay nothing on their first 2 accepted jobs: no deposit, no balance.
- 2
Deposit when you accept
Charged to your saved card (credit or prepaid funds are used first). It counts toward the job's lead fee.
- 3
Balance when you close
Close within 7 days of the visit and save 20%. Balances go on one weekly charge.
Lead fees by job size
The deposit is set by the likely size of the job when we send the Job Card. The total is set by the final job size you report when you close it, and every job is confirmed with the homeowner.

- Emergency (same-day) jobs add $10 to the deposit and the total.
- If the final job is smaller than the deposit's size, the difference comes back to you as a credit.
- If you don't get the job, there's nothing more to pay: the deposit is the whole fee.
- An invoice photo is needed at close for jobs of $2,000–7,500 and up.
How you pay
- You save a card once, on Stripe's secure page, the first time you accept a paid job. SVHN never sees or stores your card number.
- The deposit is charged when you accept.
- Balances and any later adjustments are added up and charged once a week (sooner if they reach $200). The weekly charge happens 7 days after the first item on it.
- You get an email receipt for every charge, with each job listed.
- You can remove your card at any time from your billing page. New Job Cards pause until you save one again; fees for jobs already accepted stay payable.
- If a charge is declined, we email you a link to update your card. New Job Cards wait until it's fixed; your jobs and history are safe.
Credits
Credits come off your next charge automatically. We credit the deposit back when:
- you can't reach the homeowner after 3 tries over 48 hours,
- the request was fake, spam or a duplicate,
- it was the wrong category or outside your service area, or
- the homeowner cancels within 24 hours, before the visit.
Tell us from the Job Card or by replying to any SVHN email, and we'll check and credit it. Quoting a job you don't win isn't credited: the deposit pays for a verified, exclusive lead.
The fine print, in plain words
- When you accept a Job Card, the SVHN lead fee applies to any work you do for that homeowner in the next 12 months. Repeat work for them through SVHN is easy to log with “Add work”.
- Every job is confirmed with the homeowner. If their answer is different from your report, the homeowner's range and receipt count, with no close discount. Repeated gaps can earn strikes: 2 in 12 months lowers your priority for 90 days, 3 removes you from Job Cards.
- Questions about a charge? Reply to the receipt and we'll look at it with you.
- The full agreement is the SVHN Pro Terms.
Optional: prepay
Prefer not to have card charges? Prepay $100, $250 or $500 from your dashboard. Lead fees come out of prepaid funds before your card is charged. Prepay by bank and get $10 extra on $250 or more. Prepaid funds don't expire, and unused funds are refunded on request.
