By accessing or using the Silicon Valley Home Network ("SVHN"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SVHN.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping account credentials secure. Professional authentication does not grant administrative access.
Business claims & Showcases
Claiming a business confirms that you are authorized to represent it. Business ownership is resolved through legitimate claim rules — not name, email, or phone similarity. You agree to keep Showcase information accurate and current. SVHN may display claimed and owner-confirmed status where supported by actual business state.
Reviews & reputation
Reviews you submit should be honest and based on your own experience. SVHN distinguishes between reputation found across the web and reviews submitted on SVHN. We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms.
Trusted professional network
Professional connections reflect relationships between professionals and are not an independent guarantee, certification, or endorsement by SVHN. SVHN does not guarantee leads, referrals, or revenue.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse SVHN, submit false information, impersonate others, spam, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
Free & BusinessPro
Free to join. Pay only for qualified, exclusive leads you choose to accept. Your first 2 jobs are free. Homeowners never pay SVHN.
SMS Terms
Program: Silicon Valley Home Network service request updates. When you opt in on our request form, you agree to receive text messages about your request (confirmations, status updates, photo requests, and messages connecting you with a matched professional). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; you'll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@svhomenetwork.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not required to use our service. See our Privacy Policy at https://svhomenetwork.com/privacy.
Limitation of liability
SVHN is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, SVHN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the network.
