About Silicon Valley Home Network

Silicon Valley Home Network (SVHN) is a home services network based in San Jose, California. Homeowners tell us once what they need, and we send the job to one local pro at a time and follow up until it's done. Local pros get qualified jobs and free tools to grow their business.

What SVHN does

  • For homeowners: a free request that asks the questions a pro would ask, then goes to one local pro at a time, not to a crowd. We check in after the visit and after the job. How matching works
  • Free answers: plain answers on costs, permits and rebates for Silicon Valley homes, with sources. Home Answers, Permit Checker and Rebate Finder.
  • For local pros: a free business page, homeowner matches they can turn on or off, and tools like route days and Neighborhood Block Deals. For Professionals
  • How SVHN is paid: requesting a pro is free for homeowners. Pros pay a lead fee only for jobs they choose to accept. How fees work
